The Elantra GT is poised to debut in Toronto at the Canadian International Auto Show. The GT trim has undergone a significant makeover while retaining its old world charm. The 2018 Elantra GT 5-Door will be wider, longer and lower than previous models. It has been designed and engineered in Europe. It has been tested at Nürburgring in Germany. The SuperStructure chassis that boasts of 53% Advanced High Strength Steel helps the Elantra GT to attain superior quality, impeccable noise insulation, an amazing driving experience with unmatched safety. The car comes in two variants, one offering a four cylinder engine capable of delivering 161 horsepower four cylinder engine and the other is a ‘Sport’ edition with a turbocharged GDi engine delivering 201 horsepower.
